At the Jeter Backyard Theater, we provide educational practice and performance opportunities for students, as well as professional performance and leadership opportunities for alumni and Artists in Residence. Students study technique, practice performance skills, and gain valuable stage production experience in up to 8 full-scale musicals each year.

JBT SHOWS
Whether this is your child’s first theater experience or 35th, they will benefit from a team-building experience and grow as a performer. We use age-appropriate material, such as the Broadway JR series, as a vehicle to teach performance skills.
JBT SUMMER CAMPS
JBT Summer Camps are a high-energy, fun-filled summer experience for hundreds of kids in 1st-12th grade. Camp is held Monday-Thursday at the JBT Studio, and culminates in technical rehearsal and full-scale musical performances on stage at Discovery Christian Church on Fridays in June and July.
